Do Brisbane visitors still need a go card for a short stay?

Plan the complete excursion as well as the fare. A trip to a zoo or coast may need a separate operator or transfer beyond the urban network.

Use the same eligible card or device consistently and check how to tap for each mode. Do not rely on an old forum fare or go card refund procedure.

Check Translink's current accepted payment methods for every service you intend to use. Contactless payment can simplify a short visit, but some journeys or products may have different rules.
