About The Terrace Thai Restaurant

Runaway Bay regulars bypass the standard takeaway circuit for generous, punchy Thai curries without the Gold Coast tourist markup. Tables turn over fragrant bowls of beef mussaman, wok-tossed pad see eiw, and rich coconut rice. The kitchen accommodates custom spice levels on request and slips hand-carved, heart-shaped carrots into steaming bowls of soup. Outside, leashed dogs rest by the corner terrace tables while hot plates of curry arrive without delay.

  • Thoughtful Kitchen Touches: Curries and soups arrive finished with hand-carved heart-shaped carrots alongside customized spice levels from the kitchen.
  • Pet-Friendly Dining: Outdoor seating accommodates well-behaved dogs right next to front-door parking on Oxley Drive.
  • Suburban Value and Portions: Plates like beef panang, pad see eiw, and rich coconut rice come in hearty portions at suburban neighborhood prices.
