Can I book a Brisbane hotel room with a reliable fireworks and flyover view?

A public viewing area may give a better experience than a room window. Compare crowd access, arrival time and the route home before deciding that a hotel view is worth its price.

Check the event organiser's current map and programme before paying a premium. Fireworks positions, flyover routes and viewing restrictions can differ from previous years.

Ask the hotel whether the specific room category faces the current event area, whether the view is unobstructed and whether you can secure that category in writing. A general 'river view' promise is not a fireworks guarantee.
