Does an airport-train promotion apply to a short Brisbane city ride?

We only plan to travel between Fortitude Valley and Roma Street and have seen conflicting fare claims.

Check the current Translink fare for the city-only journey, and separate it from any Airtrain airport segment. An airport-service promotion may have different boundaries.
