How should I use three free days in Brisbane before a work trip?

I arrive from the UK, have three days before work and wonder whether a same-day flight to Sydney is worthwhile.

A same-day Sydney flight adds airport transfers, screening and disruption risk at both ends. If Sydney is a priority, consider an overnight stay; otherwise give Brisbane and a nearby outing the time.
