Tucked into an industrial pocket just off the M1 in Carrara, Cafe Junie pairs serious specialty coffee with sharp Japanese cafe staples. Regulars pull up for chilli scrambled eggs spiked with jalapeño chutney, Turkish eggs, and crisp wagyu patties, then linger under shaded umbrellas with dogs in tow. The outdoor dining space runs comfortably in any weather thanks to overhead cover, fans, and patio heaters. On the sweeter side, chilled glasses of iced hojicha and smooth chestnut Mont Blanc finish out the morning.
