Fuel & Co anchors its Nundah corner with generous daytime plates and specialty brews that shift neatly into evening share plates. Mornings center on hearty spreads—pistachio French toast, spicy crumpets, and loaded sides—served on an undercover patio where side gates give prams and dogs an easy entrance. Come dusk from Thursday through Sunday, the mood pivots under the outdoor heaters toward mushroom arancini, five-spice potato squid, and casual drinks.
