As Queensland’s first Bhutanese venue, SOLA delivers the fiery, comforting depths of Himalayan home cooking to Paddington. Mornings start with terrace cafe staples, but come evening, communal tables fill with rich bowls of tomzay, dry pork sikam with potato, and steaming cheese momos. Out back, a complimentary karaoke room keeps gatherings rolling over bottles of Bhutanese beer.
