Is late afternoon too late to explore South Bank in winter?

I may reach South Bank Parklands around 4:45pm on a July day. I want to see the gardens and river, then have dinner. How should I use the remaining daylight?

    Choose a short route before you arrive, especially if you have limited mobility. Map the distance between your transport stop, the area you want to see and the restaurant rather than trying to cover the full riverfront at dusk.
