Tucked into The Patio at Pacific Fair, BiN 232 swaps chaotic food court lines for polished bar seating, craft cocktails, and shareable plates. Shoppers duck in to reset their feet over glasses of French sparkling or a foamy Raspberry Sour. Regulars build lunches out of pulled chilli pork tacos, duck spring rolls, and arancini rather than sitting down to a heavy meal. Evenings bring pours of house Merlot paired with barramundi, beef cheeks with gnocchi, or crispy squid served with ouzo mayo.
