The dining room sets a playful tone with straw huts and vintage film posters, but the kitchen stays entirely grounded in traditional technique. When you order spicy, they simmer raw heat directly into the pan rather than dusting on dry chili powder. Portions run generous across rich dal tadka, smoky paneer tikka, and tender vindaloo—all built for scooping with pillowy garlic naan. Round it out with a pot of chai, brewed fresh from scratch to order.
