Inside the Bongaree shopping centre, Kebab Haven turns shopping errands into a proper feast with hefty, toasted wraps and double-layered snack packs. The kitchen skips the foil wrap on the sandwich press, grilling flatbreads direct against the heat for an even, toasted crunch. Regulars build custom rolls loaded with everything from shaved meats and tabouli to jalapenos and garlic yoghurt. For plant-based diners, the counter turns out falafel kebabs rolled in gluten-free bread, while their loaded HSP layers cheese and sauce right onto hot chips before adding a second round over the meat.
