Tucked down a Fortitude Valley alley, this sultry bolthole pairs live jazz with sharp Asian-inspired plates and counter-side kitchen theatre. Patrons lean over the open bar for raw kingfish, yakitori skewers, and hibachi-grilled Wagyu striploin while a live trio plays. The evening winds down over chocolate crémeux and Italian amaro.
