  • Barramundi

My barramundi was $33 and came with a fair amount of roasted kipfler potatoes, a small serve of sauteed spinach, gremolata, and deep fried capers. I couldn't see or taste any gremolata, and think the spinach vs kipfler ratio should be more even. But otherwise the dish had nice flavours accentuated by the fried capers.
