The dry fry chilli chicken delivers serious crunch, while the cumin lamb pairs tender cuts with savoury heat. Tables fill up quickly with bowls of dan dan noodles and bubbling whole fish simmered in chilli oil. For select dishes, staff wheel the entire wok and portable burner directly to the tabletop.
