Guests check in past a sweeping grand staircase before settling into spacious suites outfitted with four-poster beds or pull-chain toilets. Cold nights draw patrons straight into the heritage dining rooms, where open hearths warm tables laden with homestyle breakfasts, baked scones, and evening plates of Tamborine Special Pasta tossed with mushrooms and macadamias.
