    Huge thanks to the wonderful owner at Yi Dynasty for teaching us how to eat pork belly (Samgyeopsal) the authentic way! Wrapping the juicy meat in a fresh lettuce wrap (Ssam) with their incredible house-made pickles and signature garlic sauce was an absolute flavor explosion.
