This compact Currumbin panini bar dishes out hearty Italian staples on house-baked bread across the road from the river. Hungry morning crowds line up for oversized sandwiches stacked on fresh, airy focaccia—think slow-cooked meatball subs, folded mortadella mortazza, and paper-thin prosciutto. Regulars also make the detour for the glass pastry cabinet, chasing shots of espresso with freshly rolled cannoli, pistachio-filled croissants, or flaky, multi-layered sfogliatelle.
