Tucked inside Samford Valley's Lifestyle Centre, Café Lagarto pairs garden dining with retail browsing and wandering farm paths. Patrons come for the peaceful setting—tucking into cauliflower waffle eggs benedict with haloumi or a bowl of porridge laced with orange marmalade, dates, and macadamia crumble. Outdoor tables stay cozy on brisk mornings with knee blankets and patio heaters, while the surrounding nursery and gift shops make it easy to linger. Kids head out back to see the chickens and goats along the farm walk, returning in time for a glass of house-made lemon, lime, and bitters.

    I decided to order the Eggs Benedict and WOW 😳. It was cooked to perfection. It also had a twist that I wasn't expecting. Their Hollandaise sauce is delectable 🤤. It has a beautifully soft sweetness to it. It's freaking addictive.
