Regulars head straight for the sizzling plates, wok-tossed kwai teow, salt and pepper pork chops, and crisp duck. Between family tables, an automated robot server trundles across the floor delivering steaming dishes to pop tunes—stepping aside for warm, hands-on floor checks from the host.
