About Gun Cotton Coffee Roasters

Tucked inside a rustic timber shed opposite Yandina station, this energetic roastery pairs house-roasted specialty beans with generous, scratch-made brunch plates. Morning regulars drop in for flat whites and towering plates of smashed avo topped with whipped feta, while the kitchen moves briskly through orders of steak sandwiches, slow-cooked brisket burgers, and runny poached eggs on toasted sourdough. Large tables handle group catch-ups with ease, and there is an undercover deck for dogs alongside a dedicated play corner for small children. Take-home bags of beans are roasted right next door.
