Perched outdoors at Southport Sharks, Kaktus Bar pairs open-air drinks with views over the main AFL field. Regulars head out to the alfresco deck for build-your-own margaritas—choosing tequilas and salted rims like grasshopper—or novelty cocktails poured into cactus glassware garnished with mini straw hats. Share plates keep group tables moving, from tender birria brisket tacos and blue-purple tortilla chips to charred corn and smoky grilled chorizo.
