Perched on the Brisbane riverfront with unobstructed sightlines of the Story Bridge, Massimo sets the tone for celebrations and relaxed date nights. The kitchen leans into generous plates—from fresh oysters and crispy lasagne bites to rich sand crab trenette and cacio e pepe tossed directly in a giant wheel of parmesan. Tables share nine-dish Pronto banquets or slow-cooked osso bucco over soft risotto. Hospitality channels authentic accoglienza italiana: staff slip you a drink at the bar if you drop in unscheduled, before finishing the night with silky panna cotta and house limoncello.
