Naz Grill swaps out ordinary snack-bar fare for smoky Adana shish grilled over real charcoal and flatbreads pulled hot from the oven. Tucked away in Ashmore Plaza, this counter-service Turkish stop draws in-the-know diners who bypass standard rotating spits for skewered lamb seasoned with sumac and smoke. Dough gets stretched and baked fresh on site for boat-shaped pide, blistering nicely around fillings of spiced mince, spinach, and cheese. Orders head out wrapped tight with crisp salad or arranged across generous mixed grill platters flanked by pickled cabbage, sliced lemon, and seasoned hot chips.
