Nestled in Thunderbird Park, Rainforest Restaurant trades camp rations for fireside dining under the canopy. Guests swap camp stoves for tender steaks, braised beef ravioli, and cocktails in the lounge bar, skipping the winding mountain roads after dark. Tables come prepared for crisp mountain evenings with individual lap blankets alongside indoor fireplaces and outdoor terrace seating. The kitchen turns out plates of salt and pepper squid alongside wagyu rump, finishing with drinks out by the fire pit.
