Tables fill fast with groups splitting the 1.7kg Tomahawk—charred on the outside, deeply juicy, and flanked by roasted sides. Past the dining room, the venue opens onto a sunlit lawn where live sets drift over afternoon cocktails. Patrons point to the seasoned floor staff for dialed-in wine guidance and menu steers, right down to plates of grilled prawns and sticky date pudding.
