Woolloongabba gets a sharp hit of Chinese-Peruvian dining with Casa Chow, where Cantonese staples meet Andean heat under moody neon. Booths tuck right against the street—ideal for catching weekend DJ sets over pisco sours and passion fruit mocktails. The kitchen works through Chifa classics at speed: torched scallops, blistered peppers, and crisp duck bao give way to wok-tossed lomo saltado and smoky octopus y papas skewers. Dinner rounds out over plates of chaufa rice, followed by slices of lucuma-soaked tres leches cake.
