    Their Hongshao Niurou Mein is AMAZING. The menu calls it "hearty and warming", and while that is 100% true, I call it "the best gluten-free noodles I've ever had at a restaurant" and that's before you get to the perfectly cooked beef cheek and the fried shallots on top.
