About Soleil Pool Bar

Soleil Pool Bar offers an airy escape above South Bank's street-level bustle, pairing poolside loungers with crisp cocktails and cooling mist sprays. Elevated on the Rydges podium level, this open deck comes alive on a warm Saturday arvo. Afternoon DJ sets set the tempo while overhead mist keeps things comfortable. Regulars point straight to the espresso martini—rich, well-balanced, and pulled with precision—or the French martini alongside a Japanese Slipper. An overhead LED screen anchors the bar, and QR codes at the tables handle orders without pulling you from your seat. Weekday afternoons skew quieter for easy conversation over drinks, while weekends pivot to milestone celebrations fueled by catered platters and dedicated cocktail service.

  • Poolside Deck Energy: Cooling mist sprays, poolside loungers, and live weekend DJ sets create an open-air retreat.
  • Precision Cocktails: Standout cocktail execution highlighted by espresso martinis, French martinis, and Japanese Slippers.
  • Elevated Escape: Podium perch inside Rydges provides a quick retreat from busy South Bank pedestrian traffic.
  • Celebrations & Events: Equipped for group celebrations with dedicated bar staff, catered food platters, and table QR ordering.
