About Valley Hops Brewing

Catch the Cloudland lift to the fifth floor and step straight into an open-air rooftop microbrewery framed by living greenery. It cuts clean through the valley buzz below. Valley regulars settle into the shaded pergola tables for cold schooners and afternoon skyline views. The brewhouse pours lean heavily sessionable—order a tasting paddle to sample the tropical ale alongside '21 Pubs'. The wood-fired kitchen turns out puffed pizza bread paired with smoked onion dip, plus plates of beef croquettes and squid meant for splitting across the table. When the sun dips, resident DJs keep the volume just under conversation level while winter brings a lit fire pit.

  • Rooftop Microbrewery: A breezy level-five perch featuring living plants, stained glass, and winter fire pits above Ann Street.
  • On-Site Craft Pours: House-brewed session pours including tropical ales and '21 Pubs', served by the schooner or paddle.
  • Wood-Fired Bites: Puff pizza bread with smoked onion dip, wood-fired pies, and shareable beef croquettes.
