Tucked along tree-lined Stuart Street, Bambi Deluxe delivers serious morning espresso and customized scrambled eggs without the beachside fanfare. Mike greets regulars by name behind the machine, churning out flat whites while the kitchen piles eggs onto olive and rosemary or thyme sourdough. Morning regulars drop by on the school run for compostable takeaway cups, a house cinnamon bun, or a pot of looseleaf Persian tea served with saffron rock sugar.
