Set right across from QPAC, Bar Rosa delivers moody, low-lit Italian dining with zero pretence. Grab a stool at the window bar for people-watching over fresh tuna crudo and warm focaccia, or split plates of crisp zucchini flowers and pizza fritta topped with cool burrata before curtain call. The floor team keeps wine glasses topped up without hovering, pacing every course smoothly around showtimes. Drop by late and kitchen staff will still sort out Moreton Bay bug spaghetti followed by a slice of limoncello tiramisu.
