Locals converge on the Mount Cotton spot for the Carnivore Box and Pitmaster Plate—heaping mounds of tender brisket sliced thick with peppered bark, pulled pork, and smoked ribs that send families home with takeaway boxes. The sides hold their own alongside the meat tray. Tables regularly round out their spread with sweet cornbread muffins, house queso, and bacon-wrapped jalapeños before washing it all down with a cold draught beer.
