This Walloon smokehouse turns out melt-in-your-mouth wagyu brisket, sauced wings, and communal platters built for serious appetites. Regulars make the trek out to Parkland Drive for the Phat Boyz platter—piling tender pulled pork, confit beef cheeks, and queso mac onto a single loaded tray. Arrive before midday and the crew will happily press a brisket toastie while the taps start flowing. At your table, simply tap the digital tablet to keep extra cold beers and chicken salt fries rolling out without flagging a server.
