Morning crowds settle in across the dog-friendly lawn tables for loaded breakfast platters and flat whites while kids tackle the neighbouring mini putt putt. Post-round players drift in off the fairways straight to the self-serve chilled sparkling water station before trading game stories over cold beers. Kitchen plates range from blistered crust pizzas topped with caramelised onion to crispy-skinned pork belly, wrapped up with flaky cream-filled cannoli.
