    We ordered the sliced beef noodles with a medium spice level. The broth had a wonderful málà (numbing and spicy) flavour, with pickled cabbage adding depth and tanginess. The noodles were, round, and about the thickness of spaghetti, yet surprisingly light abd disappears in mouth.
