About Ramen Tensho

Ramen Tensho serves uncompromisingly heavy, oil-sheened ramen in a compact Runcorn space engineered for rapid, deeply satisfying slurping. Regulars drop in for the house specialty black garlic broth or rich gyokai fish stock ladled over firm noodles and thick char siu. You punch your order into the ticket machine at the door, settle into one of 17 seats, and dig in within minutes. If your bowl runs low on carbs before the soup is done, you can order a side of kaedama straight from the counter.

  • Compact counter-style dining: Order via the entrance ticket machine into a snug 17-seat room with a 40-minute limit designed for quick meals.
  • Heavy, oil-sheened broths: Thick, oil-coated stocks anchored by pioneering black garlic and deep gyokai fish broth.

Why Choose Ramen Tensho

Why noodle lovers choose Ramen Tensho for heavy broth and fast authentic counter dining

  • Rich, Heavy-Oil Broth Profiles

The signature broths are crafted thick and unctuous with a defining glossy layer of oil that coats the noodles and packs deep umami.

Proper heavy ramen! The broth is thick and the oil coating on the noodles is just spot on.

  • Specialised Gyokai & Black Garlic Recipes

Diners can explore specialised regional recipes ranging from deep gyokai fish stock to pioneering black garlic variations with firm noodles and tender char siu.

The Gyokai (fish) ramen here is my absolute favorite. The broth is thick and creamy, with a rich flavor that has multiple layers of depth.
