This relaxed Redcliffe sushi fixture delivers fresh plates via an actual miniature toy train that rattles right past your seat. The setup keeps kids glued to the counter, but regular diners know the real perk lies in the open-center layout. Chefs work inside the loop, assembling freshly sliced sashimi, torched salmon aburi, and custom hand rolls on request—complete with a generous splash of the house white sauce.
